Influenced by the concept of folding plates and ribbons, the form of the Twentyfive.7 Sales Gallery is a combination of a feature roof which makes up the main exhibition area of the sales gallery, and an accompanying lower element as the office space. Together, they create a hierarchy of high and low-volume spaces that allows seamless movements through its gallery and transition areas. Contemporary materials are used to accentuate the the modern, rustic effect such as exposed concrete and corten steel- ushering in a distinct aesthetic as the showpiece of the township.
