Menta Sales Gallery

Menta Land Property Sales Gallery is located at Taman Kuchai Jaya, right next to the bustling Kuchai Entrepreneur Park. The temporal building currently sit on an open space/ landscape strip of an upcoming mixed development on the opposite site.

This mini complex houses double volume sales and exhibition gallery, 3 number of show units, a sales and marketing office, and a project team office. Due to site limitation, the Sales Gallery is deliberately designed in a linear but extremely narrow layout. The elongated grids give it a grand scale to the exterior perspective while creating a sense of space for the internal spaces.The grids also create a flow sequence of hierarchy to the spaces within, where the juxtapose of different materials embraces each other that shapes the sophisticated character of the building.

We incorporated a holistic inside out design approach by integrating the build environment with the surrounding environment

The floating overhang pleated roof emphasises the impact by mimicking the uneven heights of the surrounding softscape.

Careful design integration of solid and void based on sun orientation provides view and shades that sparks one’s curiosity to unveil the mystery.
